Customers may request a refund on goods sold within three days of receipt.
To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:
Customers must return the item in its original packaging.
The item must not be opened.
The item must not be used.
The item must not be damaged.
The item must be returned with its original receipt.
Additional conditions:
The customer must request a refund on the site and receive prior authorization before returning any items.
Any damaged items upon receiving will be granted a full refund or an exchange if possible.
All items sold as final sales are not refundable.
Lingerie or undergarments are not returnable unless damaged during shipping.
Athletic apparel and clothing must still have original tags attached.
If the above conditions are not met, the Operator reserves the right to reject the return and refund.
In case of an item return, the customer will be responsible for paying the shipping cost.
